Custom and made-to-order iPods
Modified, configured, personalized, and made-to-order iPods are final sale. These products are built for the individual order and cannot be returned because of a change of mind or a preference change.
If there is a problem with your order, contact us. We will work with you to diagnose the issue and repair, replace, or otherwise resolve it as appropriate. A final-sale designation does not mean you are stuck with a defective or incorrectly built product.
Standard parts and batteries
Standard, non-custom parts and batteries may be eligible for return when you contact us within 14 days of delivery and the item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition. Contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Installed or used parts are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. If a part or battery is defective, contact us and we will deal with it based on the specific issue.
Damaged, incorrect, or defective orders
Contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or develops a problem. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video when they help show the problem. Do not attempt a repair or send the item back until we provide instructions.
Approved returns and refunds
Approved returns must be packed securely and sent using the instructions we provide. After the item is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Payment providers and banks may take additional time to post the refund.
For standard returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. If requested, Andrd.shop may provide a prepaid return label and deduct the actual label cost from the approved refund. We will tell you the label cost before issuing it. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Andrd.shop will cover the approved return shipping.
